35th ace NE is already way to tight and dangerous. Keep the bike lane out!

Enough with the bike lanes that no one is using. Wait for a demandcand then supply. This build it and they will come mentality is ass backwards.

People will take shortcuts off 35th to adjacent streets. Dangerous for children and neighbors. No parking will create people using residential streets for business parking. Impact on local business and doctor office parking. Traffic congestion, impatient drivers adding safety co cerns especially for the elderly and children living in the neighborhood. Bus and garbage truck stops causing impact on traffic. Bad idea when there is a bike lane street on 40th being used. Rainy days no users.

My position would change greatly if all cyclists had to pay a "tab" or registration fee, like ALL other modes of city-funded transportation.

No more bike lanes on streets. They are dangerous and we have enough traffic issues without complicating it by reducing the street lanes.

This artery includes small businesses, a post office, new apartments w/ no parking lots and numerous houses of worship; as well as the busiest library branch in the city and Eckstein Middle School just a few blocks away. No consideration has been made to accommodation for police and fire in the event of medical or security emergencies. MOREOVER, a greenway is already in use merely four blocks away, and is far more preferable for bicyclists than competing with busses and angry motorists.

We need to stop eliminating road space - all these bike lanes on arterials just creates gridlock, forces people into the neighborhoods and impedes commerce l

I don't think I have ever seen a bicycle on 35th. As there is already a bike greenway on 38th/39th I do not see any reason to put bike lanes on 35th.

This "improvement" on behalf of the small cyclist population will greatly threaten the ability of the small businesses on the west side of 35th NE to keep existing customers, when they will be unable to park anywhere close to the businesses. This is a needless revision of the structure of 35th NE for the benefit of a very small (but admittedly vocal and well-financed) part of the population of NE Seattle.

Said bike lanes will also lead to:
- Beer being poured into inappropriate glassware
- Cheetos not being as cheesy as they should
- The Sonics not returning to Seattle
- Me being resentful of those who are happy on their fing bikes, therefore forgetting to feed my cat
- General malaise

I drive 75th five to six times a day. Since the bike lanes have been installed I have seen 6 bicyclist use the bike lane.
