Do NOT ruin another Seattle street with these ridiculous bike lanes. NO WIDE BIKE LANE ON 35TH!!!!

Tens of thousands of miles of roadway have been allocated to bike only lanes and the result has been a disaster for cars and parking. Not only does this hurt local business traffic, but bikes do not pay transportation costs- only vehicle owners pay licensing fees and gas tax. Bikes need to be licensed and regulated.

When I ride my bike, I do it on the side streets that have practically no traffic. Please consider urging riders to do the same and don't torture drivers by eliminating room to park and drive.

35th Ave NE is a main arterial for cars, buses, and parking for the library, many businesses and places of worship. I like to ride my bike but NOT on this street

The bike lanes do not make economic sense. They hurt business, they create traffic and are hardly used.

35th is for cars. Bikes should use the nearby Burke-Gillman Trail.

This petition is FRAUD. I will be contacting IPetion to ask that it be taken down IMMEDIATELY. I did not sign this petition and the originator if it and whomever used my name will be held to all available legal statutes.

Please do not clog more arterial streets! Use residential streets for bike pathways

Similar changes to 75th Street have caused long traffic delays and rarely do you see any bicyclists in the bike lanes. Don't do this to 35th Ave NE!!

I live & have lived in Wedgwood for 34 yrs, these changes are deplorable for just one group of people who would be better served out of the business district & main N/S bus route, as well as, a heavily traveled commuter & community access route!

I am against additional bike lanes on 35th Ave NE.

39th NE is being used as a bike route. Why add another one on a heavily traveled street like 35th?

I do not want more bike lanes. 75th is already too congested from the bike lanes!

it would seem logical to me that they actually see how many people use 35th for their bikes- I certainly doin't see anyone there, or on many of the other streets that have designated lanes- maybe if they had to pay fees like we who need our cars do, we could use that money for much need road repair!

A bike lane is just 4 blocks East and can safely address biker’s needs.

Seriously, us five people that ride our bikes on 35th NE are entitled to grid lock traffic and make everyone miserable! Build it and they will come. Field of Dreams...Lanes of Dreams? Anyway, I'm all for wasting tax dollars and making life miserable for people since I want to ride my bike in my sexy skin tight bike outfit and snub my nose at people! What fun!! I'm so much more important because I bike and you're just fat lazy trolls! And I'm so clever I write up petitions to make fun of people. How great am I? And who cares about handicapped and old people. I don't because I'm so great and it's all about me!
