The immense quantity of earth to be removed illustrates the developer's insistence on forcing the terrain and the neighborhood to adapt to its construction model. This is far from the best use of one of the few remaining sites in town..

The town of West Concord will be several impacted by this new development plans. Pollution, traffic disruptions, impacts to local neighbors, proximity to town center, daycare, etc must be considered.

I work in West Concord. We need to preserve tree growth wherever it is happening to fight climate change and sprawl. this is not a good location for another large housing development.

This development would never be allowed to go forward in Concord! The impact to our neighborhood from conservation, traffic, noise, pollution, etc is beyond reasonable.

The Early Intervention Center I work in is on Main St near this site. We have families with infants and toddlers from Concord and the wider cachment area visiting for evaluations, playgroups, and therapeutic sessions. Our playgrouo room has large glass window walls right on Main St. There is already an issue with griwing traffic, more big trucks, and noise. I am a Concord native. When the character and charm of such town is lost to industrialization and overpopulation, including loss of natural ecosystems, that which is unique and restorative is lost. Please reject the special permit and preserve West Concord Village.

Concord needs less mansions and more affordable housing And where does it end with cutting down the trees

Do we want to become another Acton -- where they build literally everywhere? Terrible idea. Let's keep WC somewhat peaceful and enjoyable please while we can! Not to mention that our trees and forest areas are precious resources!

I live by Damon Mill and the traffic down 62 is already bad enough and is even going to be even worse with the existing construction under way. I didn’t move here to have it become a highway and to line politicians pocketbooks. Much better off zoning for one larger home or to buy the land from the owner at a fair price. That’s about it.

I strongly support the construction of new sustainable, reasonably priced housing in Concord. This proposal does not meet Concord's need for this kind of housing and should not be allowed to go forward.

1442 Main is an ill-conceived project for West Concord for all the reasons stated. Protecting the integrity of the town and all it stands for should be paramount over profit and revenue. The developer showed his arrogance at a Planning Board meeting just prior to the Covid-19 shutdown when he stated that like it or not, the we will develop the project. Please, think of our community FIRST.

Concord must protect its magnificent natural environment. Trees thrive without people but people cannot survive without trees. Stop this overdevelopment.

This drastic change to the terrain does not align with the town's or the West Concord community's documented sustainability and development/preservation goals.

A reading of the lawsuit makes it appear the developer has an issue with our open space guidelines as well. Therefore I do not support the development.

this project appears to be far, far too disruptive and enormous. It needs to be lessened considerably in scope. The almighty dollar (i.e., the developer making a humongous, not reasonable, profit) cannot be the only & ultimate goal in this project. The guidance of the Sustainability Plan for W. Concord should be the highest priority.
