The company has officially reversed the decision to close our store. This outcome ensures that our local hub remains open for the community we have built together. I am deeply thankful for the persistence shown by everyone who recognized the importance of keeping this space active.

Coming out to our local communities in Hernando, Citrus, Pasco and beyond. This is Sue Dixon, AVON Independent Sales Representative in Spring Hill, Florida. I've been a representative for 18 1/2 years and servicing Hernando County for 14 years this month. It's always been a pleasure to be of service to my friends, neighbors and community all these years. I have been able to help/support the Dawn Center, shelter for domestic violence, breast cancer awareness and fund raising, PIFF for single Moms, color me beautiful donations of make up for cancer patients, Hernando County food pantries, donations for the homeless, fundraisers for pet shelters and more. I do love giving back and feel it is important as a business owner to give back to the community that supports your business.

I love what the company AVON stands for and the products we offer. I have so many great customers that have become friends and family. All of you that know me know that I am passionate about my business and love what I do. I pride myself to be knowledgeable about our products and offer the best customer service possible. I love that AVON empowers women and is about building relationships I feel like my store has provided convenience to get products, a place to network, fund raise, offer the opportunity to become and AVON representative, have team meetings, drop off for donations and so much more.

I received a call on Tuesday, 8/21/18 from Avon's corporate office that they were informed I was selling products at this location. Well " Yes I said I have for 14 years." Well they informed me I was running an illegal Avon Store. Even though I applied over 12 years ago to become an ( Avon LABC,) Licensed AVON Beauty Center and was approved. Now they don't seem to have this information on file and I have to remove all products in stock within 30 days. I have to remove these product. I can stay at this location to have my team trainings and meetings, give out brochures and samples. This somehow doesn't seem right.

I am beside myself and have been praying for God to guide me and direct the path he has planned for me. I have to trust that he knows what is best for me and my family. I am wondering how I will service all of you and keep doing what I love.

i am going to file an appeal with AVON as I feel I have this right to fight for what i have worked so hard for with building this business all these years. I am not a quitter and I do not want to let my community down that is not my style. I am coming out to you and asking for you to sign this petition and share with others that you know that would want to support these efforts. Looking to get as many signatures by September 8, 2018. I am grateful and appreciate all of you and thankful for being able to service you for the past 14 years and hope to continue to do so in the future.

With a thankful and grateful heart. It will be what it will be. Be Blessed. I know my family and I are because we have had the pleasure to be surrounded by so many wonderful people in this community. Thank you in advance for your support. Love and Blessings to all.

Sincerely,

AVONSUE

Sue Dixon

I won't purchase Avon anywhere else. I had never used the products in the past and only use them now because of the person running this store. Lost store will equal lost Avon business.

I recently became an Avon Independent Representative and find this very discouraging. If you take away Sue's store not only are you hurting her but you are hurting Avon as well. I hope you reconsider. This would be a foolish move to make.

Sue has only helped the community in many different aspects since I have known her. This is the first time I have heard her ask anything for herself. Her AVON Center is a major part piece our community and should not be shut down. I support her keeping the store fully operational.

I have been doing Avon business with Sue Dixon for over 10 years and cannot understand how you lost her AVON LABC License and waited all this time (from 12 years ago) to try to correct your error (or maybe her District Managers error).

please do not remove the avon store from its location. we frequent it often and do not necessarily like to order things without seeing them first. Sue is friendly and knowledgable and her store is always stocked with the Avon products we love

Sue is the face of Avon in our community. She is generous to our local Dawn center, women's shelter, and raises funds for ACS. Much of this is done thru her store. We have meetings here and she's supportive not only to her team, but also to other Avon reps in the area.

Please keep Sue's store open. She has been an asset to our Community in many ways!! It isn't fair that all of a sudden after all this time the paperwork disappeared. I'm not sure this would be true. Sue is a "by the book" person and wouldn't have done anything without getting all of the necessary paperwork needed. She is a good and caring person who gives a lot of herself for other people!!
