So, if you have the ability and the directive to recoup the monies that have been PROVEN to be stolen from the Ky taxpayers, what is the delay? And, another plus would be to save independent pharmacy---win, win!

why not save community independent pharmacy so that they can keep paying corporate taxes; hiring Ky people; keep our taxpayer money in the state if for no other reason? why???

my wife works at an independent pharmacy; she loves her job, she loves helping people and feels empowered to do so within the environment that an independent pharmacy provides; why would you let these small businesses close when you can fix this?

the pharmacist, esp independent pharmacists, are the first and last person to counsel the patient; so if we are closed due criminally low reimbursement; who will go the extra mile for these patients??

While I admire the effort being put forth to protect our pharmacies, the corrupt legislature will NEVER do anything with any substance toward limiting PBM power in Ky because they are getting their pockets lined by these very people.

Pharmacists in small towns are one of the best patient's advocate providing invaluable information and advice. Sad that PBMs are driving these establishments out of business with their predatory and frankly unethical business practices...

Help the small family drug stores. Save the state some money. Small towns do not have the big chain stores..

it is not fair that pharmacies have to take a lose on medication so our patients can get there medication. as for the dir fees this is causing a lot of independent pharmacies are having to close there doors.
