PBM's are getting away with illegal robbery since our legislature passed SB5, but it is not being enforced by our Cabinet. The PBM's are not complying with SB5 and we don't pursue it to make them comply. The state and it's citizens are losing millions to them. Plus our pharmacy alone is paying only one PBM over $2,000 a week in DIR fees (a bogus fee PBM's invented to reclaim money they originally agreed to pay us), money taken away from us after our claims have been adjudicated on the reimbursement we should be getting for a prescription when it is filled. we are losing over $150,000 a year to these DIR fees. Pharmacies cannot survive with these types of practices, on top of what is taken from our state and what it costs the citizens of Ky. Please enforce SB5 before it is too late!
