I am a part of a three generation of private pharmacies and I have seen and lived the hard work that comes with this profession. It’s time that those of you that have the authority to do the right thing stand up and be accountable. Just do the right thing.

My family depends on this situation being rectified in order to have a profitable independent pharmacy. We have 4 children and it’s despicable that they are being stolen from to benefit the PBMs. My family has worked too hard (every one of us) to be taken advantage of by the PBMs.

It is not fair how they get away with this. They also have started paying us less than we pay for the medications for a lot of brand medicines. How is it fair that they can pay their own pharmacies more than they pay independents as well?

Small independent pharmacies provide an invaluable service to their communities by educating and caring for their clients. Big pharma and mail order will never give the quality of service that the local pharmacist provides.

Money hungry chain pharmacy and mail order have reduced patients’ access to their pharmacist. Community pharmacies improve access to care and improved health of communities!
Support community pharmacies!
