I for one am for anything that will increase our property values and save the neighborhood. Thank you for making this page to allow us to build newer safer homes. I believe these two homes being built will help save this downtrodden neighborhood

When coming into an established neighborhood developers owe it to residents to build within the character of that neighborhood. Public engagement is needed as well to be able to develop in a manner that is not an imposition on current residents.

Memphis “government” needs to start taking care of AND listen to its citizens that help make this city what it is! Keep infilling our beautiful neighborhoods with garbage and that’s the direction this city will turn as you take our pride away. I

Infill around this city is not necessarily evil, but ill-advised projects that adversely affect living conditions in neighborhoods that pride themselves on preserving the architectural integrity of the the area are abhorrent and should be opposed with every means necessary.

I already have all the neighborhood water flowing into the storm drain in my backyard, which partially floods with every heavy rain. My back yard cannot survive any additional water/runoff.

We live in one of the most beautiful and sought-out neighborhoods in our city, yet developers are determined to destroy it, and the city allows it. We have hawks, owls, foxes, rabbits and all types of beautiful wildlife here that are being put in jeopardy. Developers have no interest in saving neighborhood character, but only see dollar signs. Then they are gone and the neighborhoods are never the same...and people wonder what is driving people out of our city. It's not just crime. It is this type of careless building and planning.
