Threatening the groundwater threatens surface water and navigable waters, and so should be stopped under the Clean Water Act. Period. We don't want or benefit from this pipeline.

Dominion should utilize the alternate western route. The proposed route will endanger the health and safety of those living at or near to SAYVA and threatens its ability to exist. The disruption caused by the construction alone is likely the result in this financially challenged charitable organization's demise. Een assuming SAYVA can survive the construction phase, it will be unable to continue as a healthy, safe and peacceful sanctuary which is host to thousands of visitors from around the world each year, and home to several humdred more in and around the community.
