YogaVille is a centrifugal part of the community, representing body, mind, heart and spirit. To run a pipeline would be to clog an artery of life. It's bad enough there is oil fracking running along the coast bringing harm to wildlife and citizens, it would be a waste of life to run a pipeline through the homes of so many lives. Mother Earth is being depleted of her natural resources when we as a society could implement more sustainable practices as a whole.

I used to live with a pipeline in my backyard, a few years after I left, my neighbor had a pipe explode in their backyard. Once the fire was under control, they had alost a years worth of construction in the backyard. This ashram should be considered a national park. Please go around. By the way, check it out, pipeline damage was from a house on Majestic Lane in Fairfax Va.

Building a compression station near LOTUS would be a tragic loss--not only for the local community but for the entire world. Learn why this shrine is a world-class social landmark by visitng the website I built about it, http://lotus.org

Satchidananda Ashram at Yogaville provides a place of respite and growth for the community and the Yogaville community and supporters are stewards of the forest and river and the lands. This pipeline will disrupt the ability of this special place to continue to be the place of rest and renewal that it is for so many. The Ashram and its surrounding lands should be protected not polluted and divided.
