Community gardens and people is what makes a community. With the farmers market already being displaced and the stresses people have been dealing with the last two years, shrinking community spaces, especially gardens, is literally the *opposite* of what the City should be doing. Keep our community alive for the people who live in it!

Residents need enough garden plot size to grow for there family. This is a big deal! It's so awesome are residents want to grow there own food and pass it on to there children, what a treat. Why would you interfere with this ?!! Sometimes you don't have to change things just to change. If it's not broken don't fix it.
Save the Garden plots and there sizes as is! If anything expand or help build more. This represents community. Sb does everything for tourists and not enough for locals. We always get the raw deal as local taxpayers

This plan to shrink the garden plots seems I’ll conceived. The waiting list is proof enough that the planners should reconsider . This irks me in the same way evicting the Saturday Farmers Market irks me. Please reconsider.

Save the Yanonali Community Garden.
Thanks to the organic garden that was once located on the southeast corner of Chapala & Figueroa, I learned a life-time skill: I can grow just about anything. What a wonderful and healthy pursuit is gardening. These community gardens are necessary and bear the fruit of teaching generations of people how to garden and care for our planet. Save the Garden.
