Due to safety concerns, the ATC should not be terminated at all.
It is too risky and too dangerous!!!

Our community is located directly on the border with Detroit Michigan with planes from two local airports over the airspace regularly. We do not need another plane crash tragedy here. In addition, our facility is important to the community and commerce. Thank you.

Flights also take off and land over a very populated area, many lives are in danger should planes idling over Windsor waiting to land in Detroit’s airports collide.

Last time this review happened to the
YQG Control Tower was in the late 80's,
early 90's. Back then, it appeared closure
was IMMINENT! Arguments were made.
The review ended up positive and Windsor Tower remained operational. I
believe the same will happen this time
around. :)

How ridiculous of a proposal
Nav Canada, and the Government of Canada put forward.
Where is the concern for safety, both the flying public, Pilots, and airlines as a whole.
Windsor is over flown by Detroit air traffic, we have weather conditions, and special request made from pilots to the tower, so we can all stay safe in the air.
In an industry that is so stringent on pilot requirement, license certification etc. the government is in the wrong and will be held accountable for this decision.
Look elsewhere to cut Government spending.
