SAY NO! -A threat to generational farmland and long-term community investment -Deplete Will County’s aquifer within five years. -Require expensive water importation from Lake Michigan to nearby cities such as Joliet. -Rising electric bills are linked to high data center energy demand. -The solar power would not serve local residents. -Destabilize one of Will County’s largest farming districts. -Reduce rental income for farmers. -End new rural home construction. -Accelerate decline in school enrollment. -6,000 acres are needed for 600 MW of solar. The same energy could be generated on: *30 acres using natural gas turbines. *80 acres using modular or emerging clean energy technologies. Solar is inefficient in land use compared to other energy sources.

As a Will County resident I demand that what little open space we have left be free from distribution hubs, data centers, solar farms and multi modal transportation facilities. We already have way too many of these and enough is enough. For the rest of our lives we have to live with the effects of largest inland port in North America, the residents of Will County have given enough! Our water, our quality of life, the health of our children and families must be prioritized over the wealth of the developers!

Stop destroying farmland while 1000s of warehouse rooftops are available for your solar crap. NONE OF US TAXPAYERS ARE SAVING A DIME FROM ALL THIS SOLAR GARBAGE, SO DONT DESTROY OUR LAND FOR YOUR GAIN!!!

NO SOLAR FARM AT ALL. This will ruin the ground, the future and the value of our community. You will surround my home in my neighborhood along with businesses that profit off of the scenery. Absolutely no solar farm.

Data farms do more harm than good in our community and will drive up costs. Farmers need this land and we all deserve peace and lower costs of living.
