I have been a student at Pittsburgh High School for 4 years now and not ONCE has Mr. Whitemire ever shown behavior that would lead me or anyone else to believe that he would condone this kind of behavior. In fact, earlier in the day before the idiots went off to riot he gave them a speech on how to properly protest and convey your feelings in America under your 1st ammendment right. Mr.Whitmire had nothing to do with this.

im a proud student at pittsburg high mr whitmire is a awsome principal he encourages us to belive in our self that we can achive any goal we have . There is a resson why he is the principal pittsburg high is one of the best high schools around te bay area . TODD WHITMIRE has NOTHING to do whit happend today he was making sure we were safe !!! students protested knowing the consecuenses #keepmrwithmire

I firmly believe he had nothing to do with the protest. He was just trying to protect his students like he always has in the past years. He was my principal when i went to Pitt high and his intentions are for the good.

The reason why Todd has bee our principal for all these years is because he has showed all of us that we have the courage and potential to do anything we want if we focus on our goal we can do it, and it worked obviously I mean look dear valley and antioch if you have a kid in high school where would you want then to go between DV, Antioch and Pitt obviously Pitt so before you fire Todd think about what, who your losing because there's nobody that can make the difference Todd made, #dontfiretodd or regression will come your way

Yes , I am a proud student at Pittsburgh highschool. And I can confirm that Mr. Whitmire did not try to start anything with the protest ! Why would he ? Come on now !!! He was there to try to protect his scholars .

In a video it shows him speaking about the consequences if students walk out yet they never listened. Imagine how hard it is to get over 40 students back into school not likely to happen. He didn't lead this protest so he followed behind these students since they were not going to listen so no one gets hurt or do something reckless along with Pittsburg police. Don't blame Mr.Whitmire for this situation but you should blame the students who protested during school hours I understand they want to speak up and prove their point but they should have done it after school. He doesn't deserve to be blamed for this and people need to get their facts straight to what really happened.
