Herefordshire and Worcestershire Fire & Rescue Authority have proposed that Whitchurch fire station could be closed as part of cuts designed to save £4.7 million. We the undersigned firmly believe that the closing of this station will cost lives and is completely unacceptable. We want the government and HW Fire & Rescue service to stop the unjust and disgraceful proposal, of closing Whitchurch Fire Station. HW Fire & Rescue Consultation period finishes on 10th January 2014. In order to get your signatures to them in time closing date is 31st December 2013.
