Coal fired plants are cleaner than they have ever been. They are not as cost-effective as natural gas combined cycle plants, but they can still service a purpose

We have the ability to clean the problem up and it's only 3 percent of the problem left. Some times the right decision is right in front of us (Carbon Capture)
