Welove wendell park children centre, is a beautifull small oasis of peace of such a great support for mums and kids diring the first months and my daughter still love going to play and do activity there with her little friend

Pls do not close this brilliant space that locals fought so hard to keep open. It is vital for local community and for mums/dads to meet others, feel engaged, kids to be social, meet other children.. I have met there friends for life so have my kids! I had just moved to the area and it made me feel so welcomed and so nice to have a place to go every week and not feel isolated specially for a first time mum. I have a newborn and I look forward to start using it again very soon.

Please do not close this childrens centre-it plays such an important part in our community and offers parents/carers a way of meeting, supporting and interacting with other families whilst providing a stimulating and fun environment for the little ones. I used to the Wendell centre a lot with my first child and having just had my second, was looking forward to making the most of the facilities during my time on maternity leave and beyond.

So sad to hear the news that this amazing centre may shut. I have been many a time with my sons who not only has thrived from going but has learnt so much from playing with all the other children.

This centre is a really valuable local resource. Keisha and her team always provide a genuine and warm welcome along with good advice. This centre was a huge support when I first became a mother and ever since over the last 6 years. Please don't close it.
