My neighbours a family of four have an overflowing bin mist weeks. Its just unreasonable that there will only fortnightly pickups.
Potholes, uncut verges, rubbish dumped along roads such as Soldiers Road Pelican...you will be spending our rates on weekly clean ups in the bush.
Come on...fair crack of the whip Councellors and Mayor. Please educate yourselves on false economy.
No kaggots and rubishy byways as well as plastic bags blowing in all directions.

as a family if 4 our weekly rubbish bin is completely full each and every week, there is no way we can wait 2 weeks for our rubbish to be collected. This needs to be re thought and a better solution thought of.

When i lived in the uk it was changed to fornightly. It was disgusting. The backyard stunk & became unuseable. We would get maggots, rats & seagulls. Worst idea ever & encourages fly tipping of general waste.

Those whinging about your bin is already full. Time to look at your waste. You are the real issue here. It doesn't just disappear when the truck drives off. It becomes landfill and takes millions of years to break down while contaminating the earth.
