The loss of this school and more importantly the beautiful teachers and carers within it’s walls will be a tragedy... all three of our children have become better humans because of the start they had at Waterford.

It is an incredibly poor decision to close a preschool, which is an amazing preschool with wonderful educators and staff. This preschool has a very long held and proud reputation of being a wonderful early childhood centre. Please do not close this preschool.

My nephew goes to this school and loves it - there are just not enough good preschools in our suburbs and the closure of this is not a good thing - it will actually drive families from the area and that in turn will mean less children to go the high school, which makes it a very short sighted decision.

There are so few options for preschools in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Waterford is a much-loved institution and it is devastating for the families and staff that the College has made this decision with such little regard for the important role that the preschool plays in the community.
