Sharron Peppard at the NHS told Dr Wasu that due to the financial difficulties, CQC would deregister him. We found out that this was not the case and that there was a protocol available to safe guard the service to the patients.
The practice was closed due to misinformation and we are fighting to get the NHS to correct its decision.
We would be very grateful if all the patients that were registered there could support the re-opening by letting us know via this petition how having Dr Wasu back at his practice would improve their medical care and how the closure has impacted their care.

i was depressed to see that the wash medical centre was closed without any notice to the patients, as I am still without a GP and i am still without GP and I am not going to register anywhere else as I have heard they do not entertain new patients .
Dr Wasu has been my doctor for over 35 years. It was very easy to get an appointment the same day that I requested. Dr Wasu has helped care and support my family, especially in recent years when my wife has not been well. The practice should be reopened.
My aunt S Panthaki was a patient of Doctor wasu for over 25 years. She was diabetic had a heart condition and Dr wasu treated her with the utmost kindest and professionalism and on her later years he would visit her at home and sought to all her needs.
I have been with Dr Wasu since birth. I am devastated that he has closed down. Two years ago I had an emergency and Dr Wasu handled it so swiftly that it saved my life. I want him back. Open Wasu Medical Centre. I am now with a new GP and hate it. I want Dr Wasu back.
I have had Dr Wasu as my GP for the past 32 years; since ithe surgery opened. I was extremely disturbed when the surgery was closed and cannot wait for it to open again. I feel that my treatment has been intrupted as I cannot start building a relationship with a new doctor.
We were taken care of by Dr Waasu in a wonderful way for many years.
