This centre has been, and is an integral part of this area and needed by young and old alike. Have some sense do not get rid of aquatic centre!

Please keep WAC open, me and my 2 young children use it every week. There are no other pools nearby.

Gutted to hear this is planned. We swim as a family most weekends. It's a great facility

Warringah Aquatic Centre is SO much better than the new Manly Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Pool. Keep it open!

We need to keep the aquatic centre open. The new outdoor play area is fabulous please don't ruin it for all the locals we need the pool and the facilities for local families. Build a school next door don't just knock it down.

Ridiculous idea! Why build a school in a predominantly industrial area. It's more central where it is. If need be build a new school on the playing fields & demolish the old school for new playing fields. Leave the Aquatic centre as it is, they've just spent money to upgrade

Why can't the aquatic center be a part of the high school ground??? Is the footy field more important? There are far more fields than pools (especially Olympic sized) in the whole of Sydney!

You can't keep overpopulating residential areas & removing public facilities.

Stop this mad idea. If they demolish the WAC they will never build a new pool.

Makes no sense to knock down something taxpayers have just paid to improve.

This facility is a valuable and much used asset to the Northern Beaches community. It is well maintained , modern and far from the end of it's functional life. To relocate this facility from a conceptual planning colocation argument is an intellectual rationalisation with a false economic premise. The facility should remain and the monies used for other facilities

It is the only decent sized pool in this area, it is needed for all.

Why not build the other pool before you close this one so no one gets disrupted especially the people that work there.
