I AM WITH WALTER!!! Perhaps the neighbor should be taken to court for purposefully agrivating a service dog whose JOB is to alert his master of impending danger. I AM WITH WALTER!!!

Walter is not a dangerous dog....he is a SERVICE dog. To label him as such is a great disservice to him and his owner. Please allow this dog to do the job that he is trained to do. Thank you.

To be honest, I don't even know what to say. To register Walter as dangerous dog is just so blatantly wrong that I am not even sure I have words to explain why. He did what he was trained to do. He should be registered as a super safe dog.

Dogs are trained to spot danger and notify the owner, hitting a fence is a sign of danger to this trained dog. There is no validity in this case.

The dog Walter is not at fault here, the neighbor is the one that needs to be deemed dangerous... He is a service dog and a loving member of their family this is ridiculous! Where's the common sense.

This is stupid and unwarranted. The neighbor is the one at fault. I know this because I use to have a neighbor that did the same thing to my dogs. You are doing a very injustice to this dog by siding with the prosecution. The dog is only protecting his family. How would you feel if you were in this same situation?
