Our family is lucky enough to have a service dog who has added quality to our lives. Walter was doing his job and no one was harmed. Don't tear apart a family over a neighbor with a bone to pick.

Laws are intentionally black and white but situations like this are not. Adam needs his dog - not just any dog, but THIS dog. The behavior was very narrowly "bad" according to reports, but understandable given the dogs' service nature. Please don't make it more difficult for this man with disabilities to get along in this harsh world.

Walter is not a dangerous dog. If my neighbor hit our fence then my dog would bark and jump on the fence. That's what dogs do.
Walter is service dog. Service dogs
are there to help person they have been trained for.
One neighbor does not constitute that Walter is not a good dog. I think
this neighbor is being petty and nosy. I have neighbor has dog I would not complain if he barked or jumped on fence.
Do not band Walter from his owner.
Millions of handicapped people have service dogs.

This is a service dog regardless of his breed. If you had a family member that needed a service dog, you would want the very best. Let him go home!

Maybe the neighbor should be put on the danger list if he's going to assault Adam by hitting the fence and causing Walter to protect his owner. Please do the right thing for Adam and Walter.

as a registered service dog he was doing what he was supposed to do. no one, human or otherwise should be taunted and be expected to react. the neighbor was out of order. he is the one being offensive.
