The dog was doing was he was trained to do. The neighbor was clearly at fault several times. PLEASE don't punish the dog for defending what he thought he was trained to defend.

He's a dog! All dogs bark and jump up when someone comes near their fence around their yard. My Gosh!!! Next thing you know children aren't going to be allowed to scream for help if a stranger tries to kidnap them. If they do they'll have to go to court and be determined psycho or dangerous. Look at Walters face. You can tell he's not dangerous. People are such idiots!

Walter was doing what he was trained to do..notify his owner of danger. And he did this despite what breed he is. His breed really has nothing to do with anything. This is discrimination in one of it's nasty forms. To hate/fear based on misconceptions instead of facts. Let Walter serve and protect his owner and help him live the life he deserves.

If there is proof this person messes with Walter continually shouldn't something be done to that person instead of Walter. Walter is doing what dogs do. So by the prosecution every dog should be put down as dangerous. Are you kidding me. Has this society become so weak to allow anything like this to happen? I'm ashamed to be raised in this era. If anyone does the slightest thing oh no let's take them to court. Or get rid of something. When do animals get rights? Why do those that hurt or antagonize animals either get nothing done or a slap on the hand? We were put on this earth to be there keepers. So where is their protection? Where is their justice ? If this was your animal what would you want done? I hope you make the moral choice, don't think about what will be said if you side with Walter. Be someone people can be proud of knowing you have done the right thing.
