Walter is a trained and registered service dog and not a danger to anyone. That neighbor is the obvious danger.

Walter is not dangerous! Get the neighbor to stop teasing him, naturally h e is going to react and protect his property. Humans are the ones we should label 'DANGEROUS"!

consider the facts here this dog is a valuable part of the family and is not a dangerous animal but the neighbor who teases the dog into barking or jumping at the fence should be considered dangerous no adult person behaves in this manner teasing a dog is child play. get rid of the neighbor not the dog.

This dog does not deserve this treatment.

This dog is a service animal. The neighbor hit the fence. Therefore provoked the dog. This is ridiculous because of an animal barking. Even if the dog jumped he didn't attack. Please don't let idiots dictate what isn't in the best interest of the person who owns him and the animal.

This is wrong on so many levels the dog was provoked so why should this even be happening? I'm sure once the judge sees Walter and how calm he is he will throw it out

What would you do if someone hit and antagonized you ~ he is not dangerous..was just defending himself !

People who think dogs in general are dangerous need to know its down to the careless human beings that decide to get a pet and do not have the time of day to train them. Animal rights all the way!!! Love you walter <3

I'm completely beside myself. The ignorance in this world towards our pets is getting beyond a joke, no, it is too late for that, it is beyond a joke. Why are we labeling them dangerous and taking their lives for being what they are, animals. Why don't people have to learn instead how to behave in front of our pets. 30 years ago, our parents actively taught us how to behave in front of a dog. Now, people just push the blame onto the dog and owner without looking at how the person behaved. Shame on society. More importantly, how can you deem him dangerous for letting his owner know there is someone at the fence, even more so for putting this unnecessary stress on owner and pet for jumping on the fence and barking. He is a dog, that is what they do and it certainly does not mean he's dangerous. Stop this ignorance and educate yourselves, especially someone like a judge who holds these beautiful pet's lives in their hands!!!!

This is a total injustice since it has been established that the neighbor has antagonized Walter on more than one occasion. Walter is simply being aware of the surroundings and alerting, as is per part of his training. There should be allowances made for this situation and actually a closer look at the neighbor and his motives by agitating Walter. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Sounds like the dog was provoked (neighbor was hitting the fence) and just doing his job of protecting his owner. Send the neighbor to therapy instead of punishing the dog and owner.

I am with this beautiful dog Walter all the way,it is an absolute farce that it has come to this and that person should be seriously fined for wasting police time,,this neighbour should have the book thrown at him,,I hope justice prevails,,TEAM WALTER ALL THE WAY,, hugs and love to this gorgeous dog xxx

Save Walter he is no different than anybody else being bullied and protecting their own . I have two bull dogs of my own and one is scared of his own shadow and loves children and puppies, the other hates thunderstorms and smiles at every one!! Punish the people hitting his fence bullying him!!!
