Service dogs are trained,loyal. This neighbor should leave thes people alone. Are the any organizations that could put a privacy fence up???

Do not kill this service dog. He invaluable to the person he cares for. No one should ever taunt, harass or attempt to even pet a service dog because he/she is working. The neighbors are the problem, not this beautiful dog.

People are idiots, and can be cruel. You don't mess with service dogs, or taunt animals at all. I'm sick of people's cruelty and the prosecuter needs to do his job a little better and take a really good look at this mean, nasty neighbor. Leave people's animals alone, they are part of the family...crioes
There is no reason at all to interfere with this dog's life or his family.

You need to investigate the neighbor for emotional abuse of an animal and the family. Also, for instigating turmoil in the community, may fall under hate crimes against disabled.
