Walter is protected Under the Americans with disabilities act Title II and Adam and his dog are "protected class" under federal law. The provocation by the neighbor caused the dog to react to a threat to Adam, who he is certified to protect and guide ! I have been a advocate for people with disabilities for 9 years with the "Indiana governors council for people with disabilities " Partners in policy making !

This is a SERVICE DOG, doing what he has been trained to do. It would be quite inhumane to deny his service to this handicapped individual. Please reconsider your proposed action to label this dog "dangerous".
