This dog is a Service Dog and not a danger to others, UNLESS, he senses his charge ( Owner) is being threatened. A service dog should never be compromised as this person attempted to do to him. The man should be prosecuted not the dog!!!

Your taking one neighbors word???? Un acceptable if this dog is a service dog leave him be. Hes protecting his owner from the neighbor. Any service dog would attack someone trying to hurt thier human.

A lot of humans will taunt an animal just to see if they can get a rise out of it. In the case of Service Animals, they are there to protect their human. Having someone interfere with and tease is so unfair to all concerned parties. There needs to be respect of the job the animal is assigned to do. You as a leader in the community must lead the way and make all aware of what is the consequences not to follow the rules.

There is no reason to register a dog as danger, just because of their breed. the danger is in the person who trained the animal or the person who is teasing them. There are people out there who think you should be able to do anything to a dog and they should never bite. that is so wrong they have a right to protect themselves if you hurt them or their family. and with this dog, he is a special dog caring for his disabile family member. He is well trained and safe.

I understand what it is like to have a Disability Dog as I have one. Yes, some people attempt pet my dog and I have to tell them no. They look at me like I'm Crazy, IT is a distraction nd he can' do his job if disrated at any time. Also if someone is Agitating the Dog, then that person is totally WORNG. This dog was only protecting his owner. The Bully needs the Punishment not the Dogs.

No dog should be sentenced to death because of his breed. Walter is obviously a very special dog through no fault of his own is being demonised by a spiteful hateful neighbour. Put the neighbour down instead!!!!
