Seriously, get a grip. Sue the neighbour. A service dog is a service dog and any dog would bark a someone agitating him. Can't believe I would ever have to sign something like this. Where are people's brains at?

Please do no harm to this dog. It is not hurting anyone. The neighbor should not be teasing this dog by hitting the fence. His owner needs this dog.

Back in my day, if we tormented a dog and banged on the neighbours fence causing the dog to bark, that was our fault. He's trained to alert ! Why are people so bizzare!!

The neighbors should be fined or arrested for tormenting the dog. I hope the other neighbors rally around Walter to show their support. Best of luck to you Walter.
