I ask myself, and with respect ask you to do the same Mayor Butler; why would someone deliberately and repeatedly taunt an animal in order to gauge a reaction and record video footage?
An animal I should add that has never shown aggression.
An animal that has shown only love, loyalty and compassion and changed the life of someone with disabilities for the better.
I ask respectfully Mayor Butler should this animal be on trial or perhaps should it be the person who abused it be the one facing prosecution?
