My mom has a service dog & to remove this man's dog is the same as giving him a lethal injection. It's his livelihood. Save this animal!! Same very a Life! !

Prosecute the neighbor not the dog.

Show some common sense please. Perhaps make sure there is a decent fence dividing the properties. This is a "service" dog and the neighbour should respect this and stop taunting it.

Please hear the people's voices and don't register this service dog as a dangerous animal. I, as a retired nurse know how important it is for disabled persons to have service dogs. I have a feeling the neighbor is an angry man and does not like for others to be happy, If I am wrong then forgive me---- but don't brand the dog a danger when the dog has never attacked anyone and is truly a Large part of this disabled mans life.. Thank you, Faye Spear.

Seriously how can you register a dog as dangerous when it has NEVER attacked anyone, worked with a specialized trainer and passed with flying colors, who is never let loose to run around, and is registered as a service dog?! If you do so, you are a joke to your profession!

i can't believe you would even consider taking someones service dog away.tell the neighbor to stay away from them,he sounds like a trouble maker why can't you see that

Please tell me you do not intend to register this service dog as dangerous! Really?! With neighbors like this poor family has, who needs enemies! Talk about bad neighbors.

Please see that Walter is kept with his companion and on the job over at Sharon's house. And tell his neighbor to grow up!!-

Take the TIME, make the EFFORT and please look into all details to be FAIR and DECENT in your judging. The neighbor agitates the dog and then complains? Most dogs can be agitated - what person can't? That does not deem a person a threat or danger, nor should the dog. No attacks on record, no history of any aggression. Please rely on the FACTS.

Please consider the devastation that removing or terminating Walter would cause this family. The short video I watched showed a very well trained dog and very gentle. Dogs have a way of becoming intertwined in our hearts and removing them is heartbreaking. Please consider Walters life as important and vital to Adams survival as air and food! Sincerely, Joyce Willis

The petition says it all. What you plan to do is immoral.

It is an outrage than anyone would even CONSIDER removing a service dog from anyone.

Taking Walter from his owner and companion will be devastating to his human! Service dogs perform more than just daily tasks for their handlers, they are quite often their lifeline and always their closest friend. How would YOU feel if your best friend were taken away from you?

Please save Walter. The person taunting him should be the one punished.

Someone should video tape the neighbor trying to agitate this poor dog. I hope the McAlisters never leave Walter alone outside not for one miute because the neighboor wants to do away with this poor dog. I hope by the letter of the law, this neighbor can be thrown in prison for the very unfair treatment of Walter. How in the world do you expect an animal to act, when he is teased and agitated. How would a human being act if they were treated that way. Leave walter with his family and take away the neighbor, Not the poor defenseless dog. I promise you then, problem solved. Thank You
