******It has been confirmed that the 'complaining neighbour' has (alleged) killed a small dog in the past because 'it urinated on his lawn'.... so it is a dog killer we are fighting against and Mayor Butler is supporting the killer who is anti-disabled too it appears..... ironically................ recently Mayor Butler signed a disabled law to give equal rights to disabled people... yet he tramples all over disabled people rights in support of a dog killer........ vote this idiot out of office!

This should not be happening. Any dog, in their own yard will be protective of their territory. Having a neighbor or ANYONE else, tease and taunt the dog, is an instigator ! This is also a service dog -which will be even more protective. Any human being acting in this manner deserves whatever they get !

At least investigate the person making these accusations. If I accused you of physical abuse or sexual harassment you would investigate me & the validity of my charge.

Sounds like it is the neighbor who should have something done about them and NOT the dog. If the dog is contained in it's own yard/house & is minding it's own business when being bothered by the neighbor - which could, at this point, include the neighbor just walking back & forth near the fence - the neighbor has already put the dog into an anxiety mode by repeatedly teasing it - then the dog is doing what dogs do - defending it's home. BUT it isn't biting or jumping the fence to get at the neighbor - so the neighbor needs to go find other things to do than give this man & his dog grief. This all sounds like the neighbor doesn't like the man & is trying to get to him through the dog. The dog does not deserve to be removed and definitely not put down.
