A service dog is trained to protect his/her master, property, and family. Any taunting of any animal will cause them to fight back. Seems the neighbor did just that, taunt Walter. Let Walter remain where he's doing what he was trained to do. Please and thank you. God bless you.

My Service Dog a large German Shepard was also a shelter Rescue. He was two years old and reportedly a vicious dog. It turns out the people who dropped him at the shelter said this so they would put him down. He was then trained as a Service dog and has been with me for the past eight years. The quality of my life as a disabled person has greatly improved!

Please do not require Walter to be labeled dangerous. He is my son's motivation for getting out of the house. We've tried to compromise but Your prosecutor will not be reasonable. Please help!

******It has been confirmed that the 'complaining neighbour' has (alleged) killed a small dog in the past because 'it urinated on his lawn'.... so it is a dog killer we are fighting against and Mayor Butler is supporting the killer who is anti-disabled too it appears..... ironically................ recently Mayor Butler signed a disabled law to give equal rights to disabled people... yet he tramples all over disabled people rights in support of a dog killer........ vote this idiot out of office!

This dog is a family member n a working service dog. I don't believe in judging a dog by its breed, there are no bad dogs only bad owners. I think this case should be able the neighbous harassing the poor dog.
