he is this man's lifeline. Don't punish the dog and owner for someone else's ignorance.

The dog doesn't even look like a pit. However have the man next door pay for DNA test on the dog. If it comes back not a pit, sue his pants off. Leave the man only the dog is his friend. Keep it on a lease

I have a pit lab the 2nd one I have had if they are raised to be gentle they are any dog can be made mean!! Please don't let some stupid person that teased the dog to try to make him bite take this mans friend and companion away from him.Its people like his next door neighbor that give the dog a bad name.They are gentle protected dogs and love their owners!!!
