The family rely on Walter. He has never hurt anybody. If the neighbour is aggravating him then his response is to defend himself. Prosecute the neighbour not the service dog.

There would seem to be a dislike of a disabled person being helped in this way !!! Jealously !!!! These lovely dogs give there all . Just like a service vet (soldier ) has . Do not do this to the family and this wonderful dog !!!! Just live a day in this family's shoes for god sake !!!! Do what's right save this sweet boy . Let him do his job !!!!!! How you gonna justify taking a service dog? Educate yourself in dogs. Do we throw away politicians or presidents because 1 is bad? We should!!! Don't judge a whole because of the actions of a single dog raised wrong.

This is a disgrace that you have to do something like this because of some stupid politics. Service animals are not aggressive unless provoked. Hope this helps you and hope others will open their eyes to problems like this. They are Service animals because the person who has one needs them.

Get a restraining order on the neighbor, find community help with securing a taller more secure fencing and trees 4 privacy

There is no reason for the destruction of this family. He was protecting what he knew as his family. If the neighbor wants to continue to be antagonist he will see what any loyal animal will do to protect their family!
