I urge you to take a moment and consider the outcome from the choices you make, and those most affected by an adults lack of consideration and bad behavior. The focus should be on the individual taunting the family's pet. According to the information provided by the family, it is clear there was malicious intent to find a way to do away with their pet by any means possible. A person is responsible for his or her actions, and holding this person responsible will hopefully send a message that bad malicious behavior will not be tolerated. This family and their beloved pet should not have to pay for this persons actions. Punish the person, not the dog or their family. Thank you
