How disgusting, all this requires is a little common sense. Don't be influenced by stupidity, there is plenty of evidence that supports service dogs and their beautiful temperament. i hate ignorant people and I hate animal haters/abusers!

This is not a dangerous dog if he is trained to be a service dog to help someone in need.

how can you as a governor make a service dog register as s dangerous dog. How can you be an American and demand a service dog be registers as dangerous. All service dogs are trained to be calm in all situations, they are not dangerous or they could not be labeled a service dog.

An animal is blameless when a human deliberately harasses and provokes it. The guilty party here has two legs. Please - prosecute this heinous human and absolve the innocent animal.

Is there not a law protecting service dogs? You need a good lawyer who will sue the neighbor. Please, those in authority, help this family.

Please do the right thing and do not take Walter away from his family. His family needs him. I understand he has done nothing to deserve this. Everyone I know in California agrees with me.

Do not add Walter to any list that states he's a vicious animal if he has not had any incidence of being vicious or dangerous. The people are the problems with pit bulls, not the breed.

Something must be done about this situation! This is a service animal and should be treated as such! Is this another PC deal. Is the neighbor on the council?

This neighbour should think again , obviously has no heart. She should be asked to pay $100 a day to keep her person inside. This is a service dog and not a fighting dog.
Do not side with prosecution this dog is innocent
