Please look at the good of Walter and his service instead of an agitating neighbor's account.

It is morally disgusting that a service dog is being unfairly persecuted for a neighbors actions. I urge you to reconsider your stance as it would be a shame for an innocent animal and diabled child to pay the price for another's malicious actions.

Hope this helps save your dog. Some people just don't understand the bond with animals especially companion dogs.

Sounds like your mayor is not interested in the welfare of the residents. What about the Federal Handicapped law, or does it discriminate.

This matter appears to need a lot more investigation. Defense if others should be equally applicable to service digs protecting their human from emotional absuse. Please reconsider any decision to harm this dog.

please believe this family. It is not the breed of the animal because this dog had to go thru a training to become a service dog and pass the test .Not all dogs pass that we think should be a service dog. Any service dog is trained to protect his person and the family they are in. This Neighbor seems to have nothing better to do than get into peoples lives and try to start trouble. All people who own animals know that there is a time they have to deal with neighbors who find a way to say something negative or complain about their animals. This dog has earned the right to be with his person who he was trained for. This has had to be very tramatic for the boy and his dog. Please show that you are fair and will return their dog to his family. Thank you , SPCA volunteer

Personally i would not wish to live in your town , i would feel stifled in such a narrow minded place !.

One does not have the right to taunt an animal. When said animal defends itself or his/her family and or property that animal should be commended not condemned. The aggressor should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Please let Walter stay with his family. He is not a threat to anyone and is doing this family a service †
