Walter is doing his job to alert his family. The neighbors did not have to antagonize Walter intentionally.

How is this guy supposed to live if he doesnt have his dog to help him, i suggest the neighbour doesnt bang on the fence and if you explain to the neighbour that Walter is Adams ears. he may understand the situation, Thanks

If a dog is registered as a service dog and he's being used as a service dog then he is allowed to jump on a fence to alert his owner of danger which he did. I am appalled that this is being done as I am disabled was well.

I've worked with dogs for 24 years. Many dog will protect his or her property and master just as a friend would. This neighbour would know the dogs habits and I would say woke upon a bad moodier has has something bad happen at his own home and cried victim and created a fuss. Ihave seen it happen to many clients because somone is having a bad day. Look beyond the simple act of a dog acting like a dog and see this neighbour for what he really is
