I have a rescued service dog myself, also a pitbull. The neighbor should be prosecuted for mistreatment of Walter.

Do lets be sensible here, how could any dog become a service dog especially for a child if it were in the least spiteful.
This is a case of a peculiar neighbour. What his motive is would be clear to most of us!?!?

Use your common sense, think several times, are you serious? 2015 people should have more awerness than in this case seems to have! Dog is a family member and a co worker, it's illegal ever threat the family that they might loose their dog, what are you to judge? ! Leave the family alone! Stop pulling!

I would expect any animal including my own to furbabies to protect my family n property and by siding with the prosecution would b a huge disservice to any and all service dogs n their families, plz reconsider what u will do to this family would b a tragedy!!!!

You just have to make life harder. This is a service dog trained to help a certain individual, and has done nothing wrong. There should be some leeway here.
