Consider the circumstances. This dog was doing his job and being a dog! That's all. He never initiated any form of aggression or showed signs of viciousness. It's the guy who teased him' fault. Penalize HIM!
I am tired of people judging big dogs as aggressive. If there is no record of aggression then clearly this animal is being wrongly accused.

How dare they interfere with the quality of life for this family. My pit bull has been a family dog with us for the last 14 years. Shame on them for engaging in the ignorance and not knowing and understanding the true facts about pitties/pibbles!!!! Good luck to the family and Walter may your lives flourish together with love and kindness!!

What is the logic behind labeling dogs as "dangerous" because they are of a breed that has been ignorantly labeled "dangerous"? This dog has no history of dangerous behavior. If you do your research, you will find that Pit Bulls are the SECOND MOST LOVING AND RELIABLE DOG, topped only by the Labrador Retriever. You should fear a Chow Chow or a Chihuahua more than a Pit Bull. DO YOUR RESEARCH--educate yourself and your community so that this horrifying bias can no longer separate owners from their loving, gentle dogs!
