This dog has not attacked a human or animal so how can you have him registered as a dangerous dog when it obvious tha Walter is not. I feel that this is wrong. You wouldn't arrest a person for a crime they did not commit or would you?

This is clearly not the dog's fault. This neighbor should be held responsible, not the dog. If it were me I would sue this neighbor & file charges of terroristic threats & acts against this person.

Please let this dog have a life with his owner they both depend on each other.
Thay deserve to be left alone and the abusive neighbor is the one who needs to be in jail for disturbing them.
