Charges need to start being made against people who deliberately try to provoke animals for monetary gain or malicious satisfaction.

Walter doesn't appear to have broken any laws unlike the neighbor who seems to have a trespassing issue. Leave this family alone, Walter is helping and should be allowed to continue that.

Any animal when provoked will defend itself, pack and property. Educate yourself by reading about dog behavior written by vets and animal behaviorists.

This is just so wrong. There are many reasons for a service dog. This will have devastation reproductions . As a person who owns one.... They are you heart soul n helper. This is a need. A neccessary

The efficacy of AAT (Animal Assisted Therapy) is well documented, as is the behavior of animals that are put under intentional duress. There is absolutely no reason why this dog should be put down. However, intentionally causing emotional or physical harm to the dog is now considered a felony by the federal courts and should be considered animal abuse in this case. The neighbor should be fined at minimum, and the dog should be returned to his home.
