The neighbor complained saying the dog started barking and showing aggression through the fence...hmmm sounds like they just want the dog gone for protecting what is his. Dogs bark when someone or something gets close to their territory, it is the dogs way of the human equivalent of saying don't come off my property. I have told people to get off my property, just so happens that they spoke my language and was able to understand. If we spoke different languages it would sound like I was barking
