I am so disgusted with people that can not let people live peacefully ...It appears the man, his mother & his service dog were existing in peace & the service dog has not been a problem to anyone .... service dogs are trained to ignore most outside agitations unless they feel threatened or they are protecting their person..... I feel like it had to be one of these things, and since there is a suspicion of the neighbor teasing the dog & taunting him & actually trying to video the interaction, Many people do not understand the role of a service dog & many are afraid of certain dogs to begin with ....Whether the service dog was protecting his companion or defending himself or the companion..... I would think there should be some consideration in that area .... the dog has to be up to date on his shots to remain as a service dog... Please rethink consider taking anyones side except Walter's... he is needed by the McAllister family & has made a huge difference in the quality of life for his companion .... check with service dog people or the agency that paired him with the McAllisters and check with them before making an uninformed opinion ...that could cause alot of misery for everyone involved.

Please reconsider! Remember there are two sides to every story and like one person said spend time with the dog before you judge! Maybe have a professional animal behaviorist do an evaluation...PLEASE take this SERIOUSLY!!

Please save this very special animal! Walter the Service Dog is kind and gentle. He is greatly and urgently needed by his family who love & miss him so very very much. Please help to set him free immediately. It is the right thing to do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your swift decision to right the wrong that was done to this wonderful animal. The neighbor is the one who is vicious and dangerous to the McAllister family. The dog has done nothing wrong.

Walter is on his "OWN" property and being Harassed by the sick neighbor next door. To HARASS this protective dog by nature and then VIDEO Tape the actions of his harassment?? Judge, Your Honor....that tells the whole story. These people are being fined for something that the over the FENCE neighbor is causing. This was a wrong judgement and you won't see office next year inless you correct and refund this familys money.

Maybe you should consider spending some time with the dog before judging him. Please.

Moving to MS with a pit bull......hopefully Walter can be an education for many!!

Why do you need to stereotype certain breeds, when it's mankind that teaches, abuses them in becoming mean animals. These precious dogs have no voice to letting mankind know that they have been abuse, & by that you punish them for it. Not being human of you. Let's use our common senses make the owners be the one who will need to answer for their mistakes of not taking good care of their pet's training, don't do this to this breed.
