Please don't let bad neighbors cause a good dog to be murdered.

I am from Tasmania Australia, I find this absolutely disgraceful that you allow this to happen in your country. This man clearly loves and needs his dog, surely there is a better solution than this !!

Many states have laws that antagonizing a dog in it's space is a crime. Perhaps you are prosecuting the wrong one. Let Walter return home and do the job he is trained to do, while he is still needed.

this prosecution is an absolute disgrace to the American legal system and a complete waste of public money.

How can anyone be so mean as to deprive this gentleman of his service dog? Anyone who believes in breed specific legislation needs to do some research before making that decision.

Dogs--just like people--should be judged on their individual behavior, not their breed. Please let Walter come home where he is needed.

Please let this poor dog live, we all know that dog's are man's best friend and over protective, maybe he was barking because he was just protecting his family for any threats, and beside he was not attacking someone to deserve this. From a person who suffers from a chronic degenerative nervous system disorder, as well as an animal owner & lover....I implore you to look at the real reasons behind the neighbors comainta and everything Walter's owners have done to satisfy the bitter neighbor. Having a service dog is imperative to many of us and there is no proof that Walter has or is an aggressive dog. A neighbor purposely taunting the dog is going to cause any dog, especially a service dog to be protective of his owner and their safety zone (their home). Please look at the neighbors character and true history before condemning a dog & his owner.

Give back walter! Any person or animal would defend themselves after constantly being harassed!
