This is truly shocking. As an owner of a canine, I know (as many do) that when my dog feels I or my property is under threat it is his role to defend, and so he barks. However this decision is going to destroy this man. It could possibly be fatal, and there is absolutely no case for defence. SAVE WALTER.

As someone else who has a neuro-muscular disease I find the actions of the State of Mississippi to be an outrage and an embarrassment to the entire United States.

This is shameful by all officials and whoever placed the complaint to begin with. Shame on you. Do you not have any compassion for a disabled person? You should withdraw your complaint and ask city/county officials to vacate this ridiculous position/ruling. The breed of a dog does not make any difference. That is like the color of skin or race. It is how a dog is raised and Walter is even in training as a service dog. This is just ridiculous. I stand with Walter and his family!!!!!

Please, have a heart this poor AB and his boy! Kids like our Hunter will be heart broken. Another little boy who depends on his service dog for his well being in everyway! Don't distroy this little boys life because of one mean and hatful neibor who just wants to hurt people, what gapped to justice in our country? That one person is allowed to do this to another for no reason at all other than he must hate the apbt, Walter is not even a pit! Sounds like he needs to educate himself before he started on this vindeta! Don't allow this hate crime please!

Walter is a valuable dog that is needed by Adam. This whole situation is being dealt with incorrectly. Stop the fines. Walter is much more than a dog to this family.

Walter is God's voiceless Creation. He does not have a voice and God created him to be part of our family not to be abused and discriminated because of his breed. We are all created equal. They too are living, breathing beings with souls that feel pain. They deserve better and not to be taken away from his family and especially from Adam, Walter is Adams security, what is going to happen to Adam without Walter? Because a hateful neighbor has a mean streak and wants to cause problems is the reason so many unfortunate things happen because of people that let Evil and hate take control of them and want to have things their way. For this reason a man that needs Walter has to suffer and he needs Walter to be able to function every single second of his life. May God touch your heart and the neighbors too. I support all efforts to return Walter where he is needed immediately Please Let The McAlister's Keep Walter and Walter be where he belongs for the rest of his life. i support all efforts to return Walter to his owner, Adam! BSL is a disgusting law that try's to scare people into believing that all dogs of a certain breed are mean and that is absolutely NOT the case! Meanwhile, a man who NEEDS the help of Walter is DENIED that right! Walter is trained to care for Adam! Let him go home to do his job!!!!

why was the neighbor not in trouble for aggravating the dog to do things to make him look aggressive..sounds to me that the dog knows the neighbor is not a good person .dogs have a great sense of character and how about some compassion for Adam his owner...judge what would you do if it was your son and his dog maybe you should look into the neighbor a little more maybe their should be a law that protects dog owners and dogs from people who just dont like dogs ask yourself what would you do if you seen your neighbor leaning over your fence to terrorize your dog I don't think that is fair at all ,I support Walter and so should you

What's wrong with the mayor's office this is a certified service dog.
Give this man his dog back , I bit enough negative press about this might just get the right people involved.
