Have a heart and have some sense. Do the right thing and leave this dog and this family in peace. Bring a restraining order of some sort against their neighbor to prevent him from going near the dog again. Punish the aggressor and not the victim which in this case is the service dog and his owner.

That neighbor causing all the prob is the prob. Hope the police can help. The dog doesnt deserv harsh treatment only helps others.

It is a federal crime to harm or other interfere with a service dogs work. By taunting and harassing this Service Dog this neighborhood has not only interfered with its work, broken federal law but has also put the life of its handler at risk. This neighborhood should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
