This judge should be put on a "dangerously stupid" list. A dog is supposed to jump and bark when his territory is threatened. The fact that this has gone this far is absurd.

Walter is a "SERVICE DOG'' for a disabled person and therefore should not be registered as a "DANGEROUS DOG"...if he was that dangerous then WHY is he a service dog ?????? A dog has every right when taunted or teased and been agitated by an ignorant and trouble making neighbor to take a defense in protecting their property and family. Don't we as humans react the same way we when we are confronted with the same harrasement by another human? This is so assenine and ridiculously stupid to even want to prosecute in the courts...SHAME ON YOU!

We are begging you to let Walter return to his home and continue to be a therapy dog without his owners fearing for his life. Pitbulls are the most misunderstood breed of dog. They are NOT bad dogs but far too often have bad owners.

Do not judge a book by its cover. I work at a vet clinic, and some of the best dogs I've ever come across are dogs who people claim to be aggressive breeds. I am with Walter!

A dog is always going to protect the family. The people teasing the dog should get blamed, not the innocent pet that is trying to do what's right. I hope you aren't in this position one day to lose a a pet, family member, because remember that karma comes back around. People are worthless anymore and pets are all we have.
