Just because he is a pitbull does not mean he is dangerous! Please have mercy and let him go back to his owner....

What on earth is wrong with these people that want to label him a dangerous dog? The people that agitate Walter should be charged with a crime. Shame on those neighbors. Please do NOT classify this valuable dog as dangerous.

The neighbor or neighbors that hit the fence should be done something about they had no right to hit the fence and disturb anyone. This dog should be able to go back to its owner without any problems not labeled as dangerous. Common sense is the person that hit the fence ought to keep their hands off the fence and they should be fined and put in a place and taught some respect. I am praying for this dog Walter and his family. The dog also was in his yard behind a fence.

I am with Walter, and more importantly, Walter needs to be with his person, providing the services he needs and that Walter was trained to do.

If they labeled every dog as dangerous just because they barked and jumped, then every single dog would be considered dangerous. Look how most dogs react to the mailman.

I can't believe this is a problem....dogs do bark ...and protect their territory...This is a precious life who helps people...and a family who loves and cares ...let them have their pet back and get animal abusers something worth going after

I may not have met Walter but he has given his owners the love, money can buy. Its a shame the law would side with those crazy neighbors who have no right to intentionally provoke the family and their dog!

Walter is in the right to protect his home from bullies that live next to his owner.

Walter was just doing his job. His job is to serve and protect his owner. What the neighbor did was taken as a threat to the dog.

They should arrest the neighbor for entagonizing Walter. Any dog would bark and jump at the fence.
